What to Expect During Your Appointment

Please wear your mask and arrive wearing loose fitting clothing with easy access to your upper arms. Plan to arrive five minutes before your appointment and check in at our pharmacy drop off counter. From there, we’ll take you to our designated room, conduct a health screening and administer your shot. Afterwards we’ll monitor you for 15min to ensure you have no averse reactions. Note that for health and safety reasons we will only allow patients and their guardians in our consult rooms.

Medication Take Back
Safely dispose of unwanted or unused medication, free of charge. Simply head back to the pharmacy area and place your medication in the bin labeled "Medication Take Back".
Scoop Ice Cream
We’re bringing back the best of our old fashion soda fountains by offering scoops and cones of locally-made ice-cream. Some of our Emerald & Spruce favorite flavors include Sammamish Salted Caramel, Snohomish Strawberry and Montlake Milk Chocolate.
Growler Fill
Purchase one of our growlers, or bring your own. We have a rotating selection of local beer on tap just for you. Our NW on Tap is perfect for game day or when you’re planning a party at home. Simply ask one of our employees in a red vest for assistance.
Fresh Food
We work with local businesses, bakeries and delicatessens to provide an assortment of fresh food options for you. Our selection varies by store, but we offer cured meats and cheeses, plus sandwiches and salads, fruits and veggies and refrigerated snacks.
Coffee Bar
Enjoy delicious Café Vita coffee made especially for you by one of our Bartell baristas. Our coffee bars will satisfy your craving for a latte, cappuccino, Americano and more. Or, skip the caffeine and treat yourself to some hot chocolate.
