Now available at all Bartell locations, have your prescriptions delivered right to your door in as little as two hours after they’re ready for pick-up!

At select locations, purchase key drugstore items like tissues, cough/cold medicine and even soup to be delivered along with your prescription. That way, if you’re sick, have a child at home, or simply don’t feel like making the trip to our pharmacy, we’ll come to you instead.

I just got a text offering delivery on my medication. What is required to process my medication for delivery?
Great news! The checkout process is simple. You’ll need to confirm the medications ready for delivery, confirm your delivery address and enter payment information in order to process the order for delivery.

Which Bartell locations are eligible for same day prescription delivery?
All of our Bartell locations offer same day delivery.

What is the status of my medication order?
You can track the current status of your medication order by clicking the link in your delivery text message!

By what time should I confirm my medication order to receive same day delivery?
To receive same day delivery, you must confirm your order by 2 pm Monday – Friday and by 11:30 am Saturday. If you miss this cutoff time, you will be provided additional available delivery windows via a link in your text.

I’m about to schedule my prescription delivery, when can I expect my medication to arrive?
When you checkout, you will be able to select the available window you prefer. For same day delivery Monday – Friday, we deliver between 5-7 pm. On Saturday, we deliver from 3-5 pm.

I have specific instructions for my medication delivery. Where can I enter those?
If you have instructions for a delivery, simply enter the instructions under “Delivery Instructions” during checkout. Our courier will follow these specific instructions upon delivery of your medication.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?
Yes, you must be home for your delivery as a signature is required. Controlled substances and/or refrigerated medications are not eligible for delivery services. Other exclusions for prescription delivery services may apply.

How do I pay for my prescription if it’s being delivered to me?
You will be able to pay for your prescription and the delivery via credit card.

How much does Bartell’s Prescription Delivery cost?
Prescription delivery services will continue to be offered at no charge via United States Postal Service or via courier for a service fee. The appropriate service fee will automatically be added to your order where applicable based on delivery service selected.
