  • 1/2 cup St. Germain (elderflower liqueur)

  • 1 cup fresh watermelon juice

  • Zest of 2 limes

  • 1 bottle Domaine Ste. Michelle Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine (chilled)

  • Fresh mint, lime wheels, and sliced watermelon for garnish

Directions

  1. To make watermelon juice, blend two cups of cubed watermelon in a blender until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.

  2. Combine a bottle of Rosé, St. Germain, watermelon juice, and zest into a large pitcher, chill until ready to serve. When ready to serve, add a bottle of Sparkling Wine to the pitcher and stir. Fill highball glasses with ice and pour sangria. Garnish with mint, limes, and watermelon slices.

  • ½ cup (4 ounces) Olympia vodka

  • 2 cups  lime La Croix, chilled

  • ¼ cup maraschino cherry juice (from 1 [10-ounce] jar cherries), plus maraschino cherries with stems for garnish

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)

  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup

  • Lime wheels

Directions

  1. Stir together vodka, sparkling water, cherry juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in a small pitcher. Serve over ice, and garnish with cherries and lime wheels.

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons (3/4 oz.) Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Bonne Maman Blackberry Preserves

  • 3 fresh blackberries

  • fresh blackberries and lime peel twist for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine 3 Tbsp. (1 1/2 oz.) white whiskey, 1 1/2 Tbsp. (3/4 oz.) Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur, 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice, 1 1/2 tsp. Bonne Maman Blackberry Preserves, and 3 fresh blackberries in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Cover with lid, and shake until mixed and thoroughly chilled, about 45 seconds. Strain the whiskey mixture into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with fresh blackberries and lime peel twists.

  • 1 (1-inch-long) lemon peel strips

  • 2 large fresh basil leaves

  • 1/2 can chilled Peach-Pear La Croix

  • 6.8 fl oz. ginger beer

  • Garnish: basil leaves and lemon peel twists

Directions

  1.  Pour half a can of Peach-Pear La Croix into a highball glass and top off with ginger beer. Add 1 basil leaf and swirl around in a glass with a straw. Garnish with basil leaf and a lemon peel twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dole pineapple juice

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 1/2 cups chilled unsweetened iced tea

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)

  • 4 pineapple wedges, for garnish

Directions

  1. Bring pineapple juice and granulated sugar to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high. Boil, undisturbed, until mixture reduces to 1/2 cup and becomes syrupy, 12 to 16 minutes. Remove from heat; cool completely, about 20 minutes.

  2. Stir together chilled unsweetened iced tea, fresh lime juice (from 1 lime), and cooled pineapple syrup in a small pitcher. Pour evenly into 4 ice-filled glasses; garnish each with 1 pineapple wedge.
