Bartell Drugs focuses on providing customers safe healthcare options
Kaiser Permanente Care Clinics will be closing permanently
SEATTLE— Bartell Drugs is transforming existing retail clinic spaces over the next 30 days to adapt to challenges introduced by the pandemic. Kaiser Permanente has decided to refocus their efforts in other arenas and will no longer operate CareClinics within Bartell’s locations.
“Since 2013, CareClinics by Kaiser Permanente have been an important growth strategy for Bartell Drugs and strengthened our health care services. As our world changes, it’s now important to pivot to provide additional safe and secure areas with other relevant health care options that our customers seek.” said Kathi Lentzsch, CEO of Bartell Drugs.
Bartell’s currently offers health screening services, routine immunizations, specialty prescription services, over-the-counter medication consultations, travel consultations and access to the vast knowledge of trusted pharmacists.
